Millencolin occurs as skate-punk band that was formed in October of 1992 by Erik Ohlsson, Mathias Färm and Nikola Sarcevic in Örebro, Sweden. Fredrik Larzon joined the band within early 1993. Millencolin as a word derives from either a skateboard-trick melancholy (also referred to as "sad air"). A band releases their Videos on the Swedish label Burning Heart Records outside the United states. Inside a United States, Millencolin CDs come freed using Epitaph Records. Since 2003, the band hosts the skateboard contest at their have skatepark within Örebro, Sweden. It's known as Millencolin Open. It say it began this annual contest because skateboarding is what brought a children together & today it develop the risk to produce something dependable to the town & to skateboarding.

Style
Millencolin's musical genre has changed above a years. Their todays tracks come nigher related modern aggressive rock, when a select few preceding titles can healthy prefer punk of the 70s.
